Building Information Modeling (BIM) is a design and production tool used extensively by hoffman architects. Hand drawing and physical models are used in conjunction with parametric computer models, which allow projects to be constructed virtually. This enables possible conflicts and construction issues to be detected and resolved prior to costly slowdowns in the field.
